This site does support responsible development, but we have serious concerns about the scale and location of the proposed Ladies Mile project. We believe it will place unacceptable pressure on already congested roads and overstretched infrastructure, particularly wastewater systems. Whilst fundamentally changing the character of our community. In our view there is insufficient evidence to justify a development of this size given the number of other housing projects already underway.
